The bill (Reg. No.6676) was drafted to consider the peculiarities of the state control (supervision) in the sector of environmental protection.
It suggests that the effect of the Law "On the Fundamentals of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sector" not be extended on the conduction of the state supervision (control) in the sphere of environmental protection, environmental safety, rational use, restoration and protection of the natural resources. This is explained by the fact that the given Law complicates the conduction of the state control (supervision) in the sphere of environmental protection as far as the supervising bodies are supposed to inform the legal entities on the date and time of supervision that enables receiving of real results of the supervision. The People´s Deputies emphasised that the specialized body in the sphere of environmental protection conducted state supervision for the abidance of the norms of legislation on the compliance with the Principles of the Ministries of Environmental Protection of Ukraine.
